Tiger Woods is making a return to action this weekend as he competes in the Hero World Challenge.

The American hasn't featured professionally since pulling out of The Masters earlier this year to have surgery on his right ankle.

The fifteen-time major champion will be the star attraction and will hope he can just make it through the tournament without picking up any further injuries.

However, there are also going to be several top players all competing, including the world number one, Scottie Scheffler.

Ryder Cup hero Viktor Hovland will also be involved, alongside the likes of Max Homa, Matt Fitzpatrick, Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas.

This is an invite-only event, and Woods is the host, so he's picked the cream of the crop to compete, meaning we should get some great action.
